Solving a gap in how physical spaces get built
Allspec was founded when we saw firsthand how disconnected the process of building physical assets had become. Owners, developers, and design teams were left coordinating a maze of vendors — one for spec, another for sourcing, another for manufacturing — with no single team accountable for the outcome.
We built Allspec to close that gap: one manufacturing partner that owns the process from first drawing to final install.
